Privacy
This page says what AM Test, published by AMTest Corp, collects on https://amtest-cr0.pages.dev and in its newsletter, and what happens to it.
What is collected
- When you sign up: your email address, the page you signed up on and the short code in its address. They go to Kit, the email service that sends the newsletter.
- When you confirm: Kit records the confirmation, which is your consent to receive the newsletter.
- When you comment on or message one of our Instagram posts: the service that answers keeps your Instagram username, your comment or message and the link it sent you, for 90 days.
- Counts, never names: how many people visited a page, signed up and confirmed, by page and code.
Why
To send what you asked for and the newsletter you agreed to, and to count which posts and pages work.
Where it is kept
Kit (the email service) and Cloudflare (this site, its bot check and its visit counts) are in the United States. What they hold is stored outside Canada and can be accessed under the laws there.
This site stores no record of your device's IP address. The visit counts (Cloudflare Web Analytics) use no cookies.
How long
Until you unsubscribe: every email has an unsubscribe link.
An address that is never confirmed gets no newsletter and is unsubscribed after 30 days.
The records behind this site are copied to backups that are kept for 30 days, so anything deleted is gone from the backups 30 days later.
Your choices
Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or for it to be deleted, by writing to amrithonks@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days. See Data deletion.
